Standard U.S. return window (voluntary)

For customers in the United States, unopened products in salable condition may be returned within thirty calendar days of the delivery timestamp recorded by the carrier. This is a commercial return policy, not a promise of specific health or satisfaction outcomes. We refund the product subtotal to the original payment method once warehouse staff confirm that seals, tamper-evident features, and batch labels are intact. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the incorrect item or the package qualifies as damaged in transit under Section 4.

Opened dietary supplements

Because dietary supplements are ingestible goods, opened bottles are generally ineligible for refund under food-safety policies. Exceptions apply when the product arrived damaged, contaminated, mislabeled, or materially different from the published ingredient list. In those cases we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion after reviewing photographic evidence, lot numbers, and any retain samples we request you to return using prepaid labels we provide.
